“Yehupets” ¹ 5 contains an article of David Harris devoted to the 50th anniversary of foundation of the states of Israel. The almanac also includes: new novel by I. Lisova “Sketched with Soft Slate-Pensil”, stories by Y. Lototsky, V. Varzhapetyan, G. Aronov, I. Meras, L. Pekarsky, R. Zaslavsky, novels by D. Markish, stories by I. Bashevis-Zinger in the translation of F. Braverman-Gorbach; a series of poems by M. Mogilevich, P. Kirichansky, V. Grosman, M. Levina, G. Bezzubov, and R. Auslender. The “Publicism” column includes the articles by B. Sarny, M. Petrovsky, O. Pidoprygora, and O. Kantor. The “Arts” column contains the articles of art experts on the works of famous Jewish artists D. Myretsky, A. Balazovsky, Y. Rudminsky and others. Starting with “Yehupets” ¹ 5, the almanac publishes color reproductions of the works of art to illustrated articles presented.
