Born in 1933, in Kamenets-Podolsky, Ukraine. Now lives in Kiev, Ukraine.

In 1960, graduated from the Kiev Arts Institute.

In 1967, joined the Union of Artists.

Yakim Levich’s works are exhibited at the National Museum of Ukraine, the Museum of the History of Kiev, Museum of the Rogers University, USA, at the fonds of the Ministry of Culture and the Union of Artists, as well as in private collections of Kiev, St. Petersburg, Sofia, Bulgaria, the USA, the UK, Israel, and Germany.

Yakim Levich is the author of the “Menorah” mourning monument in Babiy Yark, Kiev, (in cooperation with Yury Paskevich and Alexander Levich), 1991.
